Gain more insights into the experiences of the brave woman who bound her chest, tied back her hair, and enlisted in the 4th Massachusetts Regiment of the Continental Army!

Judith Kalaora is a professional actress, historical interpreter, and educator. Judith holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Syracuse University and graduated from the Globe Education Program at Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre of London.

Come early, enjoy the magnificent Fall colors of Shirley Place, and then let yourself travel back in time with Judith Kalaora as she portrays this courageous colonial woman.

Refreshments will be served.

Tours

During September, tours are offered on weekends from 12:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Admission

Admission is $7 for adults and $5 for students and seniors. Members and guests are free. The following discounts are available: AAA Member and Time Traveler's members receive $1 off admission while Blue Star Museum members are free all summer.

Group Visits

If your group is larger than 10, the tour should be arranged in advance by calling (617) 442-2275 or e-mailing us at info@shirleyeustishouse.org.

Tours During Offseason

During our off season, tours can be arranged by appointment, except during the months of December and January.
