Dimensions: Great Hall: 15'5" x 29'; Drawing Room: 19' x 21'
Evening events (after dark) are discouraged due to lack of lighting.
Facility Rental Charges - Minimum of Four Hours
- Grounds only: $100/hr. – 4 hr. minimum ($400)
- House only and grounds: $200/hr. – 4 hr. minimum ($800)
- Carriage House only and grounds: $150/hr. – 4 hr. minimum ($600)
- Entire estate (house and barn): $250/hr. – 4 hr. minimum ($1000)

Staff in Attendance
- Weekdays, 9-5 pm: No Charge
- Evenings, Weekends, Holidays: $30.00 per hour per staff person
Persons who rent the facilities must agree to abide by the regulations (see agreement) for use of an historic site. The Shirley-Eustis House Association will make suggestions for caterers, and rental companies.
Deposits: 50% payable 45 days in advance. Refundable, if canceled with 7 days notice.
