Evening events (after dark) are discouraged due to lack of lighting.

Facility rental charges - minimum of four hours

Entire estate (house and barn)		 $100/hr. – 4 hr. minimum ($400)
$200/hr. – 4 hr. minimum ($800)
$150/hr. – 4 hr. minimum ($600)
$250/hr. – 4 hr. minimum ($1000)

Persons who rent the facilities must agree to abide by the regulations (see separate agreement) for use of an historic site. The Shirley-Eustis House Association will make suggestions for caterers, and rental companies.


Deposits
       50% payable 45 days in advance. Refundable, if canceled with 7 days notice
